Aluminum Honeycomb Block

Aluminum honeycomb block is made of aluminum foil by printing, stacking, thermal pressing. Then, Haxcore can further process the block and cut it into slices. We also provide expanded aluminum honeycomb core sheet for our customers, but we always suggest them buy an expander from our company to reduce the shipping cost since we hope to establish a long-term cooperation relationship.

Minimum Core Thickness: 3 mm;

Minimum Cell Size: 2 mm;

Foil Thickness: 0.036 mm-0.1 mm;

Standard Dimension: 1220*2440mm;

Max. Expanded Size: 1600*20000 mm.
