Features include fire resistant (The core made by SS321 can even tolerate high temperatures of 1200^oC), fungi Resistant, excellent moisture and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in EMI-EMP shielding, dust-filter, flow straightening, electromechanical platform, train doors and floors, bulkheads, energy absorber etc.

Haxcore stainless steel honeycomb is available based on below conditions:

Material: 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel & 321 stainless steel, special materials such as Nickel can be customized.

Cell size: 1.6mm, 2.4mm, 3.2mm, 6.4mm, 8.2mm, 14mm, 16mm, 20mm. We are developing 0.8mm cell size mould. It can be customized according to your drawing.

Surface treatment: can be plated with Tin, Ni, Zn, Cr after electric oxidation.

W*L: 60*60, 120*120, 300*300, 600*600, 1000*2000mm. Can be customized.

Maximum Width: 800mm normally, but can be 1m if the cell size is big enough.

Core thickness: 5mm-80mm.

Cell wall gauge: 0.08mm, 0.1mm, 0.13mm, 0.15mm, 0.2mm etc.
